Board Presentation Concept Designs Approved In Schematic Design, and Going to DSA for the Relocatables Project 2. CEQA Initial Study Completed – Mitigated Negative Declaration Available for the public to review Public Comment to end on Nov. 5th, 2009 Copies of the Study are available at Bldg. D or on the PAUSD Website for download Public Hearing - October 27, 2009, Board Meeting 3. Interim Parking and Bike Layout - Relocatables  In Design and Coordination – Progress Layout Distributed to the Committee  A Subcommittee of: City Representatives, the District Traffic Consultant, PTA, Safety, Gunn’s Principal, the Architects, Facilities and the Construction Manager to collaborate during the Design Development and address questions and concerns. 4. Next Steps – Continue with the Design Development and address  Construction Logistics – traffic & delivery coordination  Identify the Point of Connections from the Community and the School  Temporary Bike Cages – Bike Count and Cage Sizes  Bike lanes  Pedestrian pathways The drawings will be updated with the comments received yesterday by the committee and our goals is to have one more subcommittee meeting, come back and present to you again before going to the board. 5. Master Plan After the interim design development, we will move toward the Master Plan Parking and Drop- off design coordination. .
