Therefore the principal is going to show the two options to the entire staff for input. We are to finalize the staffs preferred option at the next meeting. 6.2 We discussed the cafeteria expansion concept and as a result a new priority list was agreed as follows: 1. Non-negotiable items. 2. Heat and ventilation issues. 3. Cafeteria expansion / modifications 4. Library expansion If the budget for these items does not exceed the campus allotted budget then the next list of priorities would occur until the budget is exceeded. 6.3 After this advisory meeting we walked the site to review and establish the following project scope items. CAFETERIA 1. If expansion occurs the bike cage may need to be relocated and the trees along California Avenue should not be touched. DRAINAGE (The following identifies the location of drainage problems) 1. Courtyard area along the west side of the gym. There is an existing drain in the southeast corner that apparently is not connected to the storm drain system. 2. The pit below the Hugh Center stage does not drain. Behind the industrial arts building H needs repairs to the driveway paving and the stair access to the basement fills with water. 4. Area between building F and G at the north end. 5. In the west parking lot along the east side of the lot near building G. GYMNASIUM 1. Replace all the windows and louvers in the gym with operable windows. 2. Install additional lockers in the boys and girls locker rooms to accommodate growth. Boys = 60 new locker and Girls = 70 new lockers. This would bring the total to 550 each or 1100 total. 3.
