7.4
Program
- Placing the building at an angle frames the entry plaza better and provides a cheated perspective
from the street that is smoother than a parallel wall in the direction of travel.
- Having the library under the 2nd story of the new wing would result in a long narrow space with no
room for high ceilings and glass frontage. The library should remain in location suggested in
Option 7A.
- Exact orientation of the Mp bldg will be defined during Schematic Design
